Job Description

Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

Prepare and review financial statements and accounting records.

Handle Income Tax and GST compliance, including return filing and tax planning.

Ensure corporate compliances and filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Provide financial, tax, and business advisory services to clients.

Represent clients before tax authorities and regulatory bodies when required.

Manage and supervise article assistants and staff in the firm.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely professional advice.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, GST, and income tax laws

Ability to analyze financial statements and solve complex problems

Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and compliance portals

Good communication and client management skills

Time management, leadership, and professional ethics
