if the AGM is on 20th August, 2011.

07 September 2011 Dividend declaration date is 20/08/2011. 14 days from thereof is the cut off date for payment of DDT. Therefore the last date falls on 04/09/2011. For full insight section 115O (3) of the Income tax Act,1961 may be referred to.
