06 September 2011 sir, i want to know that, one of my client wants to start a online business of artificial jewellaries with a partner of a female who basically belongs to abroad, online business will be run in several countries,

please tell me the procedure regarding registration, foreigner may a partner in india with a citizen of india, foreigner came to india for 5 years on working visa,

08 September 2011 For becoming partner in Indian Partnership firms you have to procure permission from RBI and there are various routes to bring in capital in India. There is lock in period of minimum 3 years.
