Hello everyone,

I have a doubt . A person has been appointed directly as a director by mistake as we were supposed to appoint him as additional director .

Now after this is there any possibilities of changing the designation back to additional director ?

Can anyone help me out with this.!

Furnish a declaration/affidavit on stamp paper , IF IT IS AN AFFIDAVIT THE SAME SHOULD BE NOTARISED , from the subscribers/proposed directors stating that company shall not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable companies Act, 1956, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act,1992 and rules/directions / regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities.

dear experts a new director in our company is being inducted he has DIN with old address we need to update his current address so whether we should file DIN 4 and then Form 32 or Form 32 then DIN 4 . actually I tried to upload DIN 4 but a message appears that DIN is not associated with CIN entered. please guide

i have a querry regarding change of main objects.
a company with name e.g abc trading private limited having only one main objects i.e trading in its main objects wants to start insurance agent business.can it start it without altering its main objects or it has to alter its main obejcts without changing its name as the name sugegst trading business only?

Please resolve my query.

The Form had been filed . The payment has been deducted but the transaction status is not reflecting in the login and the screen shows that "Payment Confirmed. Transaction is being processed by system" What to do the transaction status is not known.The MCA officials are saying the payment is confirmed but the form is not opening and I should wait for two hours. What to do, pls guide.The matter is extremly urgent
