Change in chairman during agm

In an AGM, where chairmanship is changed to another to pass a particular resolution.

And after passing the resolution, the old chairman will occupy the chair.

How to record it in minutes? any formats?

I think, you want to pass resolution to appoint chairman for only one meeting and in this case no need to re occupy the old chairman, he will autometically resume the post of chairman.
