Company means an association of persons who are running the business in the name of company ...
plz explain below example ...
For e.g., A,B and C are coming together for business.so in fact A,B and c are collectively called one types of group (means as association)and the name of group(association), means the company name say,xyz pvt.ltd .... am i right ? plz explain about it ......

Unless it is registered under companies act it is not a company.
