I HAVE UPLOADED FORM-1, FORM-32 & FORM-18, NOW MY APPLICATION HAS COME RE-SUBMISSION
THE REASON IS AS BELOW
Furnish a declaration/affidavit on stamp paper , IF IT IS AN AFFIDAVIT THE SAME SHOULD BE NOTARISED , from the subscribers/proposed directors stating that company shall not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable companies Act, 1956, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act,1992 and rules/directions / regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities.
WHAT TYPE OF AFFIDAVIT SHOULD I FILE. IF ANYBODY HAVE FORMAT PLEASE MAIL ME @ bsrbng69@gmail.com
