COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Executive responsible for handling taxation, accounting and company compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing TDS Returns, VAT Returns, Income Tax Returns and other statutory returns, along with handling Company Compliance, MCA-related filings, statutory registrations, documentation and compliance deadlines. The role will also involve client coordination, preparation of financial and compliance documents, maintaining records and coordinating with government departments and regulatory authorities.

Skills Required

Practical knowledge of TDS Return preparation and filing
Practical knowledge of VAT Return preparation and filing
Practical knowledge of Income Tax Return preparation and filing
Knowledge of Company Law and Company Compliance
Knowledge of MCA/ROC compliance and statutory filings
Knowledge of GST compliance and returns
Knowledge of statutory registrations and licenses
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Good communication and client co
