Directors designation change

07 August 2013 Hello everyone,

I have a doubt . A person has been appointed directly as a director by mistake as we were supposed to appoint him as additional director .

Now after this is there any possibilities of changing the designation back to additional director ?

Can anyone help me out with this.!

07 August 2013 new resolution needs to be passed that such nperson is to be appointed as Additonal director and not director.

ROC should also be intimated within the prescribed time limit.
