Company means an association of persons who are running the business in the name of company ...
plz explain below example ...
For e.g., A,B and C are coming together for business.so in fact A,B and c are collectively called one types of group (means as association)and the name of group(association), means the company name say,xyz pvt.ltd .... am i right ? plz explain about it ......

For the identification whethrt the entity is in the form of company, one need to check the name of the entity. If the name of the company ends with word "pvt ltd" or "ltd", it is ac company.
