I have to appoint a director from back date i.e. January 2013, now do I have to file form 32 or form DIR-12 for the same. Also, attachments are required to be in accordance with Companies Act, 1956 and 2013?

If a Private Limited company incorporated on January, 2013 and not started their business. Then whether this company is required to appoint Auditor and get their books of Accounts audited??

if the article is silent..about restriction on voting right of member,whether the member is entitled to vote or not. if not,in which cases he is not eligible for the same??? give me answer plzzz..

whether these could be the reason

Can board meeting held on Sunday as per the companies act 2013 and what the length of notice from the board meeting and the AGM ?

Can anyone please let me know which form (along with the attachments) to be filed with RoC for re-appointment of Statutory auditors who shall retire after ensuing AGM.

A Company's ROC filing forms are not done for last 5 years. How much additional fee penalty will it have to bear for filing under Company law settlement scheme 2014.
