08 October 2014 WHAT IS PENAL PROVISION FOR SMALL PVT CO. IF MINIMUM GAP OF 90 DAYS COULD NOT BE MAINTAINED DUE TO URGENCY BETWEEN TWO BOARD MEETINGS AS PER COMPANIES ACT 2013??

08 October 2014 Where is it mentioned that there should be a minimum gap of 90 days for board meetings of small companies?

10 October 2014 This Gap is only applicable if you are showing only 2 Board meetings in a year as per my understanding. You can very well show more than two meetings and then clause (5) will not be applicable to you.
