Roc delay in satisfaction,of,charge form

08 October 2014 sir i have filed,form inc 28 to roc and it is approved and,i also fullfilled all procedure regarding condonation of delay but my query is my form 28 approved but still my chg 4,form for,satisfaction of,charge is not,approved.what can i,do?

08 October 2014 As per my opinion it should have been approved by ROC after receiving and approving form inc28. You are advised to visit ROC office and have a chat with RIC officials to figure out the exact reason for delay in approving CHG.4
