IS IT MANDATORY TO FILE MGT-14 WHILE APPOINTING AN EXISTING CA AS AN AUDITOR, ALONGWITH GNL-2 AND ADT-1?

MGT 14 is required to be filed in case of appointment of internal auditors and secretarial auditor. MGT 14 is required to be filed in case a Special Resolution is passed for appointing auditor other than retiring auditor or providing expressly that retiring auditor shall not be re-appointed
