08 October 2014 IS IT MANDATORY TO FILE MGT-14 WHILE APPOINTING AN EXISTING CA AS AN AUDITOR, ALONGWITH GNL-2 AND ADT-1?
PLEASE COMMENT ON THE REQUIREMENT OF MGT-14 IN THE ABOVE CASE..

08 October 2014 MGT 14 is required to be filed in case of appointment of internal auditors and secretarial auditor. MGT 14 is required to be filed in case a Special Resolution is passed for appointing auditor other than retiring auditor or providing expressly that retiring auditor shall not be re-appointed
