What is the procedure to get certificate of commencement of business in case of EXISTING PRIVATE LIMITED CO.

is it the same address of registration office for Registered firm and same adddress is used for registered office for newly formed private co .?

pl give the guideline

As per new provisions, for the specified transactions, if the transaction value of RPT is more than 10% of net worth , shareholders' approval is required.
What if the company has negative net worth, will then all such RPT irrespective of amount, require shareholders' approval?

we have filed form GNL-2 for auditor appointment, now its status became invalid. now what we have to do should i file form GNL-2 WITH Attachments ADT-1 OR file form ADT-1 with Consent, resolution etc???? if have plzzz suggest.

I got my Certificate of practice on this year only as a practicing company secretary.Now I have a client who approach me to sign compliance certificate of his company from the financial year 2006-07.. on today's date . can i eligible to sign this certificates

As we all know that at the time of appointment of a person as Director in a company, E-Form DIR-12 is file. Interest in other Entity is also attached with E-Form my query is that at the time of preparing this attachment, if a director is a partner in a LLP, Is it mandatory to add the name of LLP in it?????

Pl provide attachment format of ADT 1:
1)Copy of the intimation sent by company;
2)Copy of written consent given by auditor;
3Copy of resolution passed by the company
