15 November 2014 sir,

we have filed form GNL-2 for auditor appointment, now its status became invalid. now what we have to do should i file form GNL-2 WITH Attachments ADT-1 OR file form ADT-1 with Consent, resolution etc???? if have plzzz suggest.

15 November 2014 To e-file ADT-1 with mandatory attachments viz., letter seeking consent, letter of consent/eligibility, and certified copy of resolution.

sir,

we have mentioned in resolution appointment of auditor till the next AGM it means we have appointed auditor for 1yr.

sir, kindly suggest in ADT-1 What would i mention in no. of F.Y to which appointment relates.??? five year or one year.

15 November 2014 1) clause (f) time gap should be five years eg., 1-4-2014 to 31-3-2019.

2) clause (g) to be filled as 5.

but we have mentioned in resolution 'until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting'

not any effect of this.
