Sir, I need to appoint an auditor in the non-government private company. I have to appoint at the AGM, the new auditors instead of re appointing the retiring auditor.
Sir, i want to know that... what will be the period of new auditor, if appointed on the AGM held on 30.09.2016.
And whether it is a case of casual vacancy or someone else?

I have applied and received DIN number. But i have misplaced my DIN. So far it is not connected with any company. Can the experts kindly tell me how to find the DIN?

I have been facing a big actually when i use to prescrutinized the AOC-4 form a warning javascript window-question occurs having question " you have earlier Pre-scrutinized form MGT-7 .Do you wish to proceed in case if you select Yes, all the earlier Pre-scrutinized forms shall be nullified. If i select yes option again a error use to occur " The form version that you are using is not latest.Please download fresh form and submit it again".
On the other hand i use to download latest form or fresh from MCA-21. I have made a complain to MCA and they have replied also a problem is in my system.
Please help regarding this problem
