Job Description

Role Summary
The Finance Lead – Finance & Compliance will be
responsible for building and managing the organization’s
financial architecture, statutory compliance, budgeting,
MIS, donor/grant accounting, governance, and internal
control systems.
This is a hands-on role requiring a professional who has
strong execution capability alongwith thinking long term .
The role requires close collaboration with leadership,
program teams, auditors, donors, consultants, and external
stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and
operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance, Budgeting & Financial Planning
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and
financial operations.
• Monitor cash flows, receivables, payables, and fund
utilization.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, grant-wise and
program-wise budgets.
• Monitor budget utilization, variance analysis, and cash
flow projections.
• Develop financial dashboards and MIS for leadership.
