What is the due date for first annual filing for the LLP incorporated on 16/10/2012. From the first filing to the last filing, what forms should file for Annual filing purpose and kindly explain the attachments need to be submitted with that forms. Kindly do the needful.

LLP formed post 1st October 2012 will file returns for the year ended 31st March 2014
Form 8: Statement of Accounts and Solvency – 30th October 2014
Form 11: Annual Return – 30th May 2014
The attachments for it are the financials (Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Account Statement) of the LLP.

Dear Mr.Mitesh Mehta. Thank you very much for your valuable reply. So as per your guidelines, i have to file the both forms for the year ended 31st march, 2014. Ok. My doubt is, in that said filing, should i have to declare the entire details from the incorporation? or only the details for the year 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014? Kindly clarify me sir.
