How to find DIN number of a person using PAN number, if there is any way please make me a way

After companies Act, 2013, provision of Section 160 of the Companies Act, 2013 is not applicable,
(1) whether no need to give notice proposing candidature of person as director or only deposit is not required.

(2) If notice is necessary , can we give shorter notice.

1 of the company has not filed Annual return for 8 years? can it b filed now? how many old retuns can be filed , is there any limit??

As per sec.161(4) BOD can fill the casual vacancy in the office of the director appointed by the co. in GM before the expiry of his term of office. However subsequent vacancy happen again in such office cannot be filled by BOD. But as per (Company news & notes 01.07.1963 issue) it states that, for interest of smooth working of a co., if the casual vacancy is in an office which was filled by election at a GM, then the board may fill the casual vacancy as many times as necessary, I.e. if the original appointment was made by the co. in the GM any subsequent casual vacancy to the office of the director can be filled by the board. which one of the above ans I should write in the exam?

One private limited company wants to distribute interim dividend to its shareholders. It just want to distribute 90% of Reserve and Surplus as dividend. Whether it can distribute ?? What other conditions need to be fulfilled ??
