25 January 2017 I have been facing a big actually when i use to prescrutinized the AOC-4 form a warning javascript window-question occurs having question " you have earlier Pre-scrutinized form MGT-7 .Do you wish to proceed in case if you select Yes, all the earlier Pre-scrutinized forms shall be nullified. If i select yes option again a error use to occur " The form version that you are using is not latest.Please download fresh form and submit it again".
On the other hand i use to download latest form or fresh from MCA-21. I have made a complain to MCA and they have replied also a problem is in my system.
Please help regarding this problem

27 January 2017 i suggest you to file a fresh copy of form and check it out in your system the minimum system requirements of MCA. e.g. Acrobat 11 minimum version is required. of still problem persists, do it from another PC
