I m VK Ranjan from Gorakhpur UP planning to register a pvt ltd One Person Company .
Pls mail me sample MOA and AOA and other required guidelines for formation of new Consultancy (OPC) pvt ltd. As I m completely new for the corporate world, ur help would have a great value for me.
