* Company should acknowledge the letter.
* Company to convene board of directors meeting.
* Pass resolution to accept the resignation.
* MD to e-file form DIR-11
* Company should e-file form DIR-12.
* Company should acknowledge the letter.
* Company to convene board of directors meeting.
* Pass resolution to accept the resignation.
* MD to e-file form DIR-11

As the MD has resign before the tenure of 5 year. So pls clarify is it manadatory to appoint any WTD or additional director in place of MD
