Dear Experts,
If a private company issue a private placement offer letter then what will be the maximum validity period of such offer letter.

The validity of offer letter is always mentioned in the letter itself. In case, the same is missing, please speak to the HR official and confirm the offer period, it is usually 3 - 5 working days.

it can be for 12 months also?

No, not at all....offer remain open for a very small period of time...usually a few days as stated earlier.
