ON THE REQUEST OF A PRIVATE COMPANY HIS BANKER(A NATIONALISED BANK) HAS GIVEN A BANK GUARANTEE UNDER ITS AUTHORITY AND SEAL TO THE SUPPLIER OF THE PRIVATE COMPANY.BUT BY MISTAKE THE STAMP PAPER IS PURCHASED IN THE NAME OF THE PRIVATE COMPANY NOT IN THE NAME OF THE BANKER.

IS THE BANK GUARANTEE VALID IN LAW OR NOT?PLEASE CLARIFY WITH SECTION AND CASE LAW IF ANY.

Payment of ROC Challan

How do i pay the fees of Rs 500 for form 1A ? I had selected the credit card option but could not pay it at that time. I have SRN number. Should i log in and pay through "Pay Miscellaneous Fees"?

Incorporation of a company

THe company is just incorporated and have CIN number. The stamp duty was paid online.
NO physical copies are delievered to ROC ahmedabad.
Am i supossed to send the physical copies as well although i have CIN number now?

roc query & statutory provisions

1)whether Mr x Can be the auditors of the xyz private limited

2) If yes then, whether he can file ROC return of xyz private limited company as his name as auditors.

3) whether there can be different name of auditors in balance sheet & roc return for the particular financial year?
