08 March 2010 sir,
if i want to be appointed as director of the company not as additional director but as ordinary director.

what can i do for the same?

08 March 2010 procedure for appointment as regular director u/s 257.

By following the provisions of section 257 and by passing an ordinary resolution in the general meeting of members you may be appointed as a regular dir.

Form 32 is required to be filed within 30 days of passing GM resolution.

Please go through section 257.
