Whether an LLP is required to create " registration of charges" before the ROC.

In accordance with Rule 24 of the LLP Rules, the LLP has to file the Statement of Account and Solvency in Form
8 with the Registrar, within a period of thirty days from the end of six
months of the financial year to which the Statement of Account and
Solvency relates.
This form contains an Appendix in which Particulars for creation or modification or satisfaction of charges by an LLP have to be provided.
