can a legal heir make an application for admission as owner in place of owner of land who died before 30 years, however his name is still in the 7/12 as owner. what is the time limit for entry in land revenue record by legal heir in case of death. If legal heir can make application after a peirod of 30 years of death, what procedure is to be followed by him.. an early reply in this regard is highly appreciated....

There is no such time limit. The legal hier should have the necessary documentary proof to prove his inheritance like sucession certificate, letter of probate, will of the deceased etc.
The most practical way is to engage a lawyer or an agent who deals with the office of the land registrar. Such person help in preparing all the above documents and in transferring the property in name ofthe legal hier.
AFter the process is completed, obtain a certified copy of the property card (7/12) in the name of the legal hier.
