THe company is just incorporated and have CIN number. The stamp duty was paid online.
NO physical copies are delievered to ROC ahmedabad.
Am i supossed to send the physical copies as well although i have CIN number now?

do we require the approval of equity shareholders also for redemption of premature preference shares?

my query is "can i use a stamp paper bought by some one else in his name"

i am ready to pay him the amount which he has paid for the same

what can be the consequences if i use the said stamp paper

1)whether Mr x Can be the auditors of the xyz private limited

2) If yes then, whether he can file ROC return of xyz private limited company as his name as auditors.

3) whether there can be different name of auditors in balance sheet & roc return for the particular financial year?

maine apne id se mca ke site me ( mca21.gov.in) me login kiya kyonki mujhe apni company k kuch form ke details chahiye they (i m employe of company) mai site pe GET CERFIFIED COPY me gaya aur require detail fell karane ke baad form20b select karke aage click kiya jisme fees detail ka option aya . kyonki mujhe form20b ki copy chahiye thi maine offline challan me click kar diay ab problem ye ho gayi ki mere name se challan generate ho gya hai lekin mujhe form20b ki copy nahi mili i mean mujhe mail nahi aya aur na hi koi phisical diliverd to address ka massage mila

we purchased shares in 1995 we just paid application money n other installments not paid we got the notice for allotment money at that time. we did not receive any refund or further notice, now total price of that shares is going near 14 lac, weather we can get that or was rejected.

Please let me know, if there are no creditors in a company which is shifting its office from one state to another, does it have to annex list of creditors in the petition? if not then what it has to annex to that effect?
