When a person gives a LA (letter Authority) to appear on behald of him in any legal procedeeings before the tax authority or court we ssay as that the name mention under the LA represent me who is a CA, Lawyer, Advocate by profession. So can i say that he is a pleader as per the criminal procedure code, 1908 as per section 2 (15).can i write instead of representative person or the name mention under the LA represent me. Is the pleader of me.

the person appoint by me under the letter of authority is the pleader of my.

You should have to mention specific purpose of authority and also mention which work he can do on your behalf like appear for proceeding, submit document/information, to collect etc etc
