Friends
Can any body tell me?
in last 3 attempts my marks in business and corporatelaw is same 35,36, 35., and i am PE-2 student.
I dont know mujhe aise marks kyu milte he me har bar correct provision likta hu phir bhi itne kam marks milte he aur minimum me 60 or 65 ke expectation rakhta hu aur 35 aa jate he
cany any body help me? to know how to write answers in business and corporate law paper with good presentation with exmple.

Don't think that if u write provision than they give u mark's. Only write revelant Answar. Don't write the answer in very detail. The language of Munish Bhandari Sir's Book is very good. Just take the reference fromit.

02 March 2010 I will suggest u should give brief explanation about question first. Then the provisions given in Act. and then give ur opinion or explaination.

As the examiner will get some idea that u know the provisions and u have understand the questions.
Also quote only sections if u are confident about then or try to avoid writing the sections as these have less importance in level of Pcc and PE II
