In Gujarat, For issue of shares and debentures, Re. 1 for every Rs. 1000/- market value. This varies from state to state. Hence, please refer to your state stamp act.
For Transfer of shares: 25 paise for every Rs. 100 of market value. For debentures, I will have to refer.
