Can you pl. tell whether SEBI permission is required for ncorporating a Investment company i.e. having the object to investment in seurities and giving loans etc. with a paid up capital of Rs. 50 lac.pl. reply urgent.

As per norms SEBI permission is mandatory.

AS FAR AS I KNOW FOR INCRPORATION OF NBFC RBI'S PERMISSION IS MANDATORY AND NOT SEBI'S.
