if i want to be appointed as director of the company not as additional director but as ordinary director.

what can i do for the same?

XYZ is a Partnership Firm. It was registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 and the Registration Certificate has also been obtained. My doubt is whether the Registration has to be renewed each year? If yes, what is the amount of renewal and what are the consequences of non-renewal?

If a company is shifting its registered office from the state of Andhra Pradesh to Delhi and the petition for the same u/s 17 is to be made with the CLB southern region bench, chennai, then from which state should we get the stamp papers in which the affidavit verifying the petition has to be made.

As per the current amendments, gratuity ceiling has been increased to 10 lakh. For calculation puposes in Income tax and in Law paper are we supposed to take the prev ceiling of 350000 or 10 lakh??

can a legal heir make an application for admission as owner in place of owner of land who died before 30 years, however his name is still in the 7/12 as owner. what is the time limit for entry in land revenue record by legal heir in case of death. If legal heir can make application after a peirod of 30 years of death, what procedure is to be followed by him.. an early reply in this regard is highly appreciated....
