Ca Regulations not allows a practicing CA to act at the same time in the capacity of other person.

A Full Time COP holder cannot practice another profession. A Part Time COP holder may be able to do that? I m not sure.

For practice as LAWYER, one has to get registered at Bar Association of the state from where he is granted a permission said as "SANATH". As per normal rules, they also not grant "SANATH" for the practising in other fields.
However, you may choose for Income Tax, Finance, Excise & Service Tax Laws, Commercial Tax in your current field too.
May provide consultancy services in corporate sector.
