Stamp papers for affidavit u/s 17 of the companies act, 1956

If a company is shifting its registered office from the state of Andhra Pradesh to Delhi and the petition for the same u/s 17 is to be made with the CLB southern region bench, chennai, then from which state should we get the stamp papers in which the affidavit verifying the petition has to be made.

Since your documents are getting executed in that state though the application is being made in Chennai (Tamil Nadu).
