As per Bonus Act for selecting eligibility employees salary or wages we need to consider is Basic+DA or Gross Salary. Since due to latest amendment more employees are covered if basic alone is taken, which is right position according to act, Experts please advice me

Optional scheme of provident fund

Hi,

I am drawing basic more than 15000 per month is it compulsory for me to contribute to provident fund.
If not please provide me some circular, notification by dartment in this regard.

Employee provident fund applicability

I have 26 employees in my factory, out of which 9 are paid salary @ 18000/- p.m. i.e greater than the limit of 15000/-

Section 16 of payment of bonus act

If it is not mandatory to give bonus in the fifth year then how can the profits or losses of 5th year be set on or set off in the sixth year in case of a new establishment?
