Bonus act

As per Bonus Act for selecting eligibility employees salary or wages we need to consider is Basic+DA or Gross Salary. Since due to latest amendment more employees are covered if basic alone is taken, which is right position according to act, Experts please advice me

only Basic+DA.. The intention of amendment is that only that more employees are covered with the provisions of bonus act and get the benefit.
