I want to download justification report (TDS default report)& i have already submitted the justification report request & i have download the justification report but i can't unzip the zip file. i have required to download the JR of f.y 2011-12

so plz suggest me that how to unzip the zip file.

specified password i.e JR_TAN_FORM TYPE_QTR_FY has already insert but zip file has not been unzip.

plz suggest me.

suppose M/S abc is PF & registered office is at 1 place, but no business activities has been carried from this place. The main activities is from some other place which is on rent .I want to know whether in this case M/S abc is required to obtain shop & establishment licence? if Yes, then on which place of business whether Reg. office or rented premises?

want to know the tax treatment of it that commuted value recieved as superannuation is taxable or not and monthly annuity is taxable or not and under which head

Dear Sir,

One of my client received a letter for payment of interest on TDS (for Ist Quarter of FY. 2012-13), which bears the TAN No. of her husband.Her husband passed away in August'12 and she is been taking the control of the business with her new TAN No. from October'12.

I believe that in such a case, the interest for TDS should be paid for the TAN No. of her husband as it pertains to Ist Quarter. Kindly clarify me as to payment should be made for the TAN no. of her husband or her own TAN no.
