How to open justification report

18 July 2013 Hi.

I want to download justification report (TDS default report)& i have already submitted the justification report request & i have download the justification report but i can't unzip the zip file. i have required to download the JR of f.y 2011-12

so plz suggest me that how to unzip the zip file.

specified password i.e JR_TAN_FORM TYPE_QTR_FY has already insert but zip file has not been unzip.

plz suggest me.
