Hi, My ternover exceed Rs. 10 lakhs but i did not registered under MVAT act. what are consequences. 1) Any Penalty / interest ? 2) is it required to pay VAT on sales before the date of registration ? 3) If Yes, Is set-off on Purchase vat before registration will be allowed ? -
