18 July 2013 i had appeared for ipcc may 2013 .i have my itt 23rd spt to 10 oct .but the certificate come after one month .can my final attempt will delay? if yes then plz suggest me another option.

18 July 2013 leave it blank.. and write a letter adressing to the institute siting the reason for leaving it blank.. and send a photo copy of it to the institute as soon as u receive the same..
