A and Indian Individual has some shares in an Indian Private Limited Company ( B ) which is a subsidiary of US company ( C ).Now in an internal arrangement A wants to exchange his shares in Indian Company A with membership rights of US company C. What are the compliances to be made in this regard.

Salary structure

Hi,

I want to know about description of Gross salary.

Gross total is 50000/-

deduction is Rs.200/- PT, TDS Rs.4062/- HRA...???
Insurance ?????
Conveyance..????
CTC ....???

Please explain..what we have to deduct and how many.
