28 August 2013 A and Indian Individual has some shares in an Indian Private Limited Company ( B ) which is a subsidiary of US company ( C ).Now in an internal arrangement A wants to exchange his shares in Indian Company A with membership rights of US company C. What are the compliances to be made in this regard.
