is it compulsory that after one year of articleship we are not allowed to get register within 50 kilometres of Area where we are actually register.

28 August 2013 Just take boss signature on form 109 and send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer

icai prior approval not required here

No need to wait for icai confirmation letter for transfer acknowledgement,,it will definetely accepts if you provided form 109 correctly filled and signed
.

with out any delay,,join with other employer and send execute 103 and 102 for remaining period and send form 103 to icai
