sir,
is it compulsory that after one year of articleship we are not allowed to get register within 50 kilometres of Area where we are actually register.

Yes else they will disallow ur request for transfer in 2 nd year.

Just take boss signature on form 109 and send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer

No need to wait for icai confirmation letter for transfer acknowledgement,,it will definetely accepts if you provided form 109 correctly filled and signed

with out any delay,,join with other employer and send execute 103 and 102 for remaining period and send form 103 to icai

In first year just fill up form 109 and submit within 30 days to icai after is duly signed by your exsiting employer.
