Yes firstly you made an affidavit for name change on non judicial stamp paper and this will be notarised by Notary.

There after you will publish the same in one English and one Hindi newspaper where you resides.

After that you will make an application for name change publication in Official Gazette.

Your name will be publish after 30 days in Gazette, then you can use your change name any where in prop par way.
