Whether WCT is to be deducted including service tax in bill or not..??

I would like to know that what is the procedure to get a DSC and Documents required to apply for it. What are the benefits. Is there any specific organisation who issues it.

I am from ahmedabad and want to start industrial training in banking sector(Finance), is it permissible? if yes then please provide name of banks..

i am filling the online detail as well as other detail
i clicked an option in exemption field and disabled all that field now i am in trouble that i cant fill up my exemption detail respectively. but file uploading is stil enabled

I would like to have a piece of advice if somebody suggest's me that CA with CS is a good option or not as i m planning to persue it but will only do it only when it will increase my job prospects...I m a CA final Student and have my attempt due in May 2014.....Also,suggest me that if not CS which course has got an add on value in today's time where investment can be made or should i only focus on CA as i m over with my graduation if that's sufficient for a good job??

If an Indian company is using services of a USA company to get its Foreign Receipts realized into Indian Currency received from the Foreign Client in USA.

Will TDS be liable to be deducted on such commission charged by the USA based company for services provided?

I enrolled for membership with icai
And have recd letter from icai confrming me as a member and have allotted membership no.
But I cant create an account at icai website..
Error msg occurs dat my no. And date of birth are not proper...
I have entered all the correct details again and again and have submitted all the correct documents regarding my date of birth but still its showing date of birth and membership no. Dosent match.....

But havent recd any rply regarding this since 20 days.....

What further procedure should be followed???

If assessee(deductor) had filed his original return on time but due to some clerical mistake TDS of a deductee was not deducted and in turn not paid and hence, not shown in the respective TDS return.

But now, the assessee has paid the due TDS along with late payment interest and he wants to revise the TDS return showing this new deductee in it.

Will any penalty be imposed for this error?

is it compulsory that after one year of articleship we are not allowed to get register within 50 kilometres of Area where we are actually register.
