29 August 2013 i has been registered for CS executive course recently

i am filling the online detail as well as other detail
i clicked an option in exemption field and disabled all that field now i am in trouble that i cant fill up my exemption detail respectively. but file uploading is stil enabled

please suggest me

earlier response is appreciable

because registration time is moving
