Whether WCT is to be deducted including service tax in bill or not..??

Do you mean TDS deduction on Works Contract Service (both IT and VAT)? The query is not clear.

NO i want to ask that wct on which amount is to be deducted whether bill value+sevice tax or only bill value

Deduction includes service tax value also.
