i know this is a silly question but please reply
can we use a whitner or overwrit... just to correct a digit in form 103.
AND is the DD for registration taken in favour of Sr. Joint Secretary "ICAI Bhavan"

Yes, you can make correction in form 103 however at the correction also make sign by the principle.
However there are three sets of form 103 so the set which is not containing any error send to the ICAI then no problem. If correction required on all of the three sets then make correction and attest by the principle.
The DD shall be drawn in favored of "The Secretary, ICAI" Payable at the city where you sending the form i.e Chennai,New delhi,Mumbai,kolkata etc..
